For example, we may use Web site analytics tools on our Site to retrieve information from your browser, including the Web site you came from, the search engine and the keywords you used to find our Site, the pages you view within our Site, your browser add-ons, and your browser’s width and height. We reserve the right to disclose any personal information provided to us as required by law, when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights; to protect the rights, property or safety of other persons; to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us or the Site; or to a potential or actual acquiror who purchases Vigeo or the assets to which such information pertains. We may also disclose personal information in accordance with any notice provided to you at the time such information is collected, or as you otherwise authorize.

Vigeo may also employ Web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operation of our Site.
